Mid-size companies

AI automation for mid-size companies

Mid-size companies already have systems and usually an IT partner. The failure mode is a pilot that never names a workflow. We write the sentence, respect the tenant you have, and put a reviewer on the output.

Work with the stack you have

Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, an ERP export, a ticketing queue. The audit says which one is in scope. We do not arrive with a requirement to replace it.

Your IT vendor can keep the tenant. We document what we need access to. If that access is too broad, we narrow the workflow.

Reporting and handoffs

A weekly narrative from a trusted export is a common first project. So is a support macro that only answers from approved text. Internal knowledge for new staff is a third. They are separate service pages because they fail differently.

Governance without a badge

You may need a short policy for a customer security questionnaire. We can write the policy that matches the workflow. We cannot certify you, and we will not say a regulator signed off.

Questions

Will this satisfy our security review?

We will answer the questionnaire about the workflow we installed. Whether your customer accepts it is their decision. We do not promise a pass.

Can you run this across five departments?

Not as the first project. Five sentences are five audits. Start with the one a manager will actually sponsor.

What does a build cost?

Pricing on request. The Payback Audit is the published fee.
