What it actually does
It collects a name, a way to reach the caller, and the reason for the contact. If you run appointments, it can offer windows you have opened. If you do not, it takes a message and files it where the morning person already looks.
It does not invent a quote, a diagnosis, or a promise that a person will arrive at a time you did not set.

Clinics, dental offices, home-service companies, shops, salons, and restaurants lose calls for different reasons. The script is written for one of those reasons. A dental new-patient call and a restaurant buyout request should not share a prompt.

How a build starts

Does it replace the person at the desk?
No. It covers the times and the questions you list, so the desk can stay with the conversations that need a person. Your team still reviews the log.
Can callers tell it is automated?
Yes. We do not hide that. The greeting says the caller can reach a person, and the urgent path you define does that.
What does the build cost?
