Reply while you are in the meeting

Lead follow-up automation

A lead follow-up workflow sends the next message you would have sent, using the source, the offer, and the times you already published. It does not invent a discount or a claim about results.

The point is speed on the messages that are already decided. Negotiation, pricing changes, and “is this a fit?” stay with a person.

A first reply is not a campaign

We start with one source: a form, a portal, or an inbox. The draft acknowledges what the person asked and offers the next step you defined. A second source is a later project, because the facts are different.

What the draft may say

It may repeat a published price, a published window, and a question you want answered before a call. It may not promise a result, name a client, or describe a neighborhood or a person.

  • One lead source at a time
  • A person reviews the first weeks of sends
  • A stop rule when the lead replies

Measuring it

Before anything sends, we write down the baseline: how long a new lead waits today, from the timestamp you already have. Later comparisons use that baseline. We do not publish a percentage you should expect.

Questions

Will it email my whole list?

No. This is follow-up on a new inquiry, not a newsletter. Bulk email is a different decision and a different consent problem.

Can it book the call?

It can offer times on a calendar you connect, including the free intro call if that is the next step you want. It should not book your whole team without a rule.

What if the lead asks for a price we have not published?

The workflow hands that message to a person. Pricing on request stays a person-to-person answer.
