Remind. Do not renegotiate.
Invoicing and collections automation
This workflow reminds people about invoices you have already created. It can draft the note, attach the invoice you point it at, and stop when someone replies. It does not decide a credit, a write-off, or a payment plan.
The ledger stays in charge
The amount in the reminder is the amount in your system. If the system is a spreadsheet, the audit says whether that spreadsheet is trustworthy enough to automate. If it is not, the first job is the spreadsheet, not the bot.
Tone and stops
You write the reminder language. A reply, a dispute, or a partial payment stops the sequence and tells a person. We do not threaten, and we do not contact someone who has asked you to stop.
What we will not automate
Collections lawsuits, credit decisions, and medical-balance negotiations. A healthcare balance, if you have one, is treated as healthcare work: talk with us on the free call before sharing patient information, and a person stays on the account.
Questions
Will it text customers who are late?
Only on the channel you already use for that invoice, and only with the wording you approved. A new channel is a separate decision.
Can it take the payment?
It can point to the pay link you already have. It does not store card numbers in a chat transcript.
How is it priced?
Pricing on request, after the audit shows the reminder work is larger than the build.
