Narrate the export you already trust
Reporting and dashboards
Most “AI dashboards” fail because the numbers were never agreed. We start from an export your team already believes: a close file, a sales sheet, a ticket report. The workflow drafts the note you rewrite every week.
The narrative, not a new BI tool
If you need a warehouse, that is a different project and we will say so. The useful version for a mid-size company is often a Monday note: what changed, which lines moved, and which lines the model must not guess.
What the draft may not do
It may not invent a figure that is not in the export. It may not explain a variance with a cause you did not write. Empty cells stay empty.
Who reads it
Name the reader in the audit: an owner, a controller, a client. A client-facing note gets a person in the send path. An internal note can be looser, and the audit says which.
Questions
Can it connect to our accounting system?
Sometimes a scheduled export is enough and safer. A live connection is a later step if the export is the bottleneck. We do not start by opening the books to a chat tool.
Will the numbers be “AI insights”?
They will be your numbers, plus a draft sentence you can delete. We do not add benchmarks we did not measure in your file.
How is it priced?
Pricing on request. If the weekly note takes twenty minutes, the audit may tell you not to automate it.
