Intake should not wait on a partner.

AI automation for law firms

Prospective clients write at night. Conflicts questions and document requests sit in inboxes. We draft the intake and the internal summaries. A lawyer reviews anything a client or a court would see.

After-hours intake is a web form

A form collects a name. It does not ask the follow-up that tells you whether the matter is in scope.

Status questions interrupt billable work

“Did you file it?” is a lookup. It still lands on the person doing the filing.

First drafts start from a blank page

Engagement letters and internal memos follow a pattern. Starting from zero is the expensive part, not the judgment at the end.

Workflows firms ask about first

Scoped intake

The workflow asks the questions your conflicts and intake checklist already use, then files a summary for a person to accept or decline.

Internal matter summaries

A draft status note is built from the documents you point it at. It stays inside the firm until someone sends it.

Engagement-letter first drafts

A template plus the intake facts produces a draft. Counsel edits the terms. The system does not set fees or strategy.

The line we don’t cross

We do not give legal advice, and we do not send client communications without a person at the firm.

Lines we write down

What stays with your team
  • •No client advice from the model
  • •No filing without review
  • •Citation checks before any research memo leaves a draft folder
  • •A written note of which matters may touch which tools
How it works

A free 30-minute call, then a Payback Audit (1–2 weeks), then a build if you want one. Your build quote includes a written timeline and support period. Before we change anything, we measure how long the task takes today, so you can see what changed.

Our pricing

Example only. Not a real client.

The sample plan shows the shape of a Payback Plan. Your numbers will be yours.

The Payback Audit is $1,500. The fee is fully credited toward any build started within 60 days.

Satisfaction guarantee: If you don't think your Payback Plan was worth the fee, tell us within 14 days of your readout call and we'll refund the full $1,500, no questions asked, and you keep the plan. If you instead apply the fee as a credit toward a build within 60 days, the refund no longer applies.

Questions we hear
“Does this replace an associate?”

No. It drafts from your templates and your files. The lawyer still decides scope, cites, and what a client receives. The audit prices the drafting time. Your people keep the judgment.

“What about confidentiality?”

The audit lists which matters may use a commercial tool and which stay in a narrower setup. We do not claim a bar certification. Your firm’s duties do not move.

“Can it answer the phone for the firm?”

It can take a new-client message and book a consult on a calendar you control. It should not discuss a pending matter. That handoff is part of the design.

The Payback Audit maps intake and drafting before you connect a model to a matter file.
