Follow up while you are at a showing.

AI automation for real estate teams

Portal leads go cold between showings. Listing questions repeat. We draft the follow-up and the showing options from your availability. You approve anything that states a price, a status, or a fair-housing sensitive detail.

Speed-to-lead is a person in a car

The first reply often happens after the showing, not when the lead arrives.

Listing questions are copied from the MLS

Beds, baths, and showing windows are already written down. Retyping them is the work.

Transaction status lives in email

Buyers ask the coordinator. The coordinator retypes what the checklist already says.

First workflows

Lead first reply

A draft reply acknowledges the property and offers times you have marked open. It does not invent availability or a price.

Showing coordination

Requests are matched to the windows you published. Conflicts go to a person.

Transaction status drafts

A coordinator gets a draft from the checklist stage. The client receives it after a person sends it.

The line we don’t cross

We do not describe neighborhoods, schools, or people. Fair housing rules stay with the brokerage.

What the draft may not say

What stays with your team
  • •Neighborhood demographics
  • •School quality as a proxy
  • •Who “fits” a building
  • •A price or concession you have not entered
How it works

A free 30-minute call, then a Payback Audit (1–2 weeks), then a build if you want one. Your build quote includes a written timeline and support period. Before we change anything, we measure how long the task takes today, so you can see what changed.

Our pricing

Example only. Not a real client.

The sample plan shows the shape of a Payback Plan. Your numbers will be yours.

The Payback Audit is $1,500. The fee is fully credited toward any build started within 60 days.

Satisfaction guarantee: If you don't think your Payback Plan was worth the fee, tell us within 14 days of your readout call and we'll refund the full $1,500, no questions asked, and you keep the plan. If you instead apply the fee as a credit toward a build within 60 days, the refund no longer applies.

Questions we hear
“Does this talk to buyers on its own?”

Only for the messages you have approved, such as a first reply that offers published showing times. Price changes and negotiation stay with the agent.

“Can it write listing descriptions?”

It can draft from facts you supply: rooms, updates, and the words you want used. A person publishes. We do not add amenities that are not in your notes.

“What about fair housing?”

The workflow is written so the model does not characterize people or areas. Your brokerage’s rules still apply. We do not claim a licensing or fair-housing certification.

Count the leads that wait overnight.

The Payback Audit prices follow-up delay before you add another portal.
