Answer the guest without leaving the pass.

AI automation for restaurants

Reservation changes, private-dining questions, and “are you open Monday?” arrive while service is on. We draft the replies from the hours and the book you publish. Comps, large parties, and anything off-menu stay with the house.

The phone is in the kitchen

During a push, nobody is at the host stand. Voicemail is how Friday night reservations die.

Catering leads are an Instagram DM

The inquiry has a date and a headcount. The reply waits until Monday.

Hours and menu questions repeat

The website has the answer. Guests still text the number on the door.

House workflows

Reservation requests

Party size, date, and time are captured against the book you control. Oversize parties and buyouts go to a manager.

Catering intake

A draft collects date, headcount, and the menu constraints you listed. A person prices it.

Hours and parking replies

Drafts use the facts on your site. They do not invent a special or a wait time.

The line we don’t cross

We do not comp a check, promise a wait time, or take an allergen as a guarantee.

What stays with your team

  • •Allergen guarantees
  • •Quoted wait times
  • •Buyouts and off-menu pricing
How it works

A free 30-minute call, then a Payback Audit (1–2 weeks), then a build if you want one. Your build quote includes a written timeline and support period. Before we change anything, we measure how long the task takes today, so you can see what changed.

Our pricing

Example only. Not a real client.

The sample plan shows the shape of a Payback Plan. Your numbers will be yours.

The Payback Audit is $1,500. The fee is fully credited toward any build started within 60 days.

Satisfaction guarantee: If you don't think your Payback Plan was worth the fee, tell us within 14 days of your readout call and we'll refund the full $1,500, no questions asked, and you keep the plan. If you instead apply the fee as a credit toward a build within 60 days, the refund no longer applies.

Questions we hear
“Will it tell guests there is no wait?”

No. Wait times change by the minute. The workflow can take a name for the list you already use. It does not invent a number of minutes.

“Can it handle allergen questions?”

It can point to the allergen note you wrote and hand the question to a manager. It must not promise a dish is safe.

“We are a small room, not a hotel restaurant. Is this too much?”

The first workflow is usually the phone during service or the catering inbox. If those are already covered by a host, the audit will say so and you should not buy a build.

Price the messages you see after close.

The Payback Audit looks at reservation and catering messages, not at covers you have not counted.
