Status updates without pulling a tech off a bay.
AI automation for auto repair shops
Customers call for a status while the writer is on the drive. We capture the appointment request and draft the status from the stage you entered. The shop still approves the work and the price.
The status call is the job
The stage is on the board. Saying it out loud is most of the front-counter afternoon.
Approvals wait on a text
The estimate was sent. The follow-up depends on who remembers.
Appointment requests arrive as voicemails
Morning playback is how Monday starts. Some of those cars already went elsewhere.
Shop workflows
Appointment capture
Vehicle, concern, and preferred day are collected. The writer confirms the bay. The system does not promise a same-day repair.
Status drafts
“Waiting on parts” or “ready after 3” is drafted from the stage you set. A person sends it, or a rule sends only stages you marked safe to send.
Estimate reminders
A reminder goes out when an approval has sat past the time you choose. It does not change the price.
We do not diagnose a noise from a text, and we do not change an estimate.
The shop still decides
- •Diagnosis
- •Price and supplements
- •Safety calls
- •Promises about parts that are not on the order
A free 30-minute call, then a Payback Audit (1–2 weeks), then a build if you want one. Your build quote includes a written timeline and support period. Before we change anything, we measure how long the task takes today, so you can see what changed.
Example only. Not a real client.
The sample plan shows the shape of a Payback Plan. Your numbers will be yours.
The Payback Audit is $1,500. The fee is fully credited toward any build started within 60 days.
Satisfaction guarantee: If you don't think your Payback Plan was worth the fee, tell us within 14 days of your readout call and we'll refund the full $1,500, no questions asked, and you keep the plan. If you instead apply the fee as a credit toward a build within 60 days, the refund no longer applies.
“Can customers text a photo and get a price?”
They can send the concern. The price still comes from the shop after someone sees the car or the photo. The workflow does not invent a quote.
“Will it tell them the car is ready when it is not?”
Only if someone marked that stage. We do not infer “ready” from a clock. Wrong status updates are worse than no automation.
“We use a shop system already. Do we replace it?”
No. The first version usually sits on the phone, text, and the stage names you already use. A deeper connection is a later decision in the audit.
