When you submit a form on this site or email us, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, company, email address, and the services you’re interested in. The website’s chat assistant runs entirely in your browser; nothing you type into it is transmitted to us or to any third party.
How we use it
We use the information you send us to respond to your inquiry, scope and deliver engagements, and — if you request resources like the AI Readiness Checklist or a sample Payback Audit — to send you those materials. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to train AI models.
Sharing
We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, email and hosting providers), under obligations of confidentiality, or where required by law.
Retention & your choices
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@bettehai.com.
